Website Security
The website is hosted by ‘Go Daddy’. The website is located on a shared server at a secure purpose built hosting centre. ‘Go Daddy’ do not retain any email forms submitted by the website; they are directed to our own systems at either Prima 200, Aspire Housing or NHS North Staffordshire.

Recording website traffic
We use Google Analytics software to help us to collect statistical information about visitors to our site. This includes information such as the total number of visitors, most popular pages, etc. We use this information to monitor website usage to help us to improve the content and layout.

The software does not record any personal information about visitors to the website. However, it does record your Internet Protocol (IP) address which is a number that identifies your computer on the internet. We do not use this information as a means of identifying or building up records of individual visitors to our site – it is only recorded to monitor visits.

Internal procedures
We have internal procedures in place relating to how we process information we receive from the website to ensure that security is maintained.  We also have procedures in place for updating the website and checking the accuracy of its content.
