Extra Care Housing
Our aim is for people aged 55 and over to enjoy living life independently, in their own homes with easy access to flexible care and support.
At Mill Rise this is exactly what people can expect and much more.
The sixty apartments will comprise of forty-five two-bedroom and fifteen one-bedroom apartments.
Apartments are available on a rent or part-buy basis, through our Shared Ownership programme.
The latest security systems have been installed to ensure that you and your relatives can live with the peace of mind that help is never far away and that your living space is safe and secure.
One of the security features is a CCTV door entry system and smoke alarms which are fitted in all apartments.
Community Alarm pull cords have been fitted for added assurance that help is on hand should you need it. Alarms are fitted in each apartment and other Community Alarm services are available after a full assessment and based on individual needs. Community Alarm is Aspire Housing’s 24 hour telecare monitoring and reassurance service. Community Alarm’s main aim is to help disabled and vulnerable people to live, safe in the knowledge that help is only seconds away.
Raised height electrical sockets and lifts will be fitted throughout the centre and each apartment has a stylish walk-in shower and a fully fitted kitchen.
